As stated earlier, both Windows 7 and Windows 8 natively support configuring ad hoc wireless connection using the netsh commands. In order to create an ad hoc connection in Windows 8 using netsh utility, run CMD with administrative privileges’; just type cmd on Start Screen, right-click it and select Run as administrator.

Now, first you need to check weather your network interface supports virtualization or not. Simply, run the following command to view Hosted network supported status.

        netsh wlan show drivers

Once the hosted network has been set to allow, you need to start the mode to create an ad hoc connection. Just enter the command below.

netsh wlan start hostednetwork

Cara Installl CentOS 6 dan Menyediakan Text Mode Installation

Karena Penasaran dengan CentOS 6 maka saya install CentOS diVM, umumnya System Admin lebih menyukai text mode. Saya secara pribadi tidak mempermasalahkan mode mana yang dipilih, saya rasa itu hanya masalah selera saja. Text mode memang kelihatannya lebih asyik dan kesannya lebih "master linux". Tapi pada CentOS 6 text mode nya kok tidak ada?
Perhatikan screen install CentOS 6 berikut ini:

Pada baris kedua memang ada "Install system with basic video driver" tetapi ini bukan text mode! Di mana text mode?
Untuk masuk ke text mode caranya tekan TAB kemudian tambahkan tulisan "text", nah sekarang anda sudah masuk ke text mode.
Tetapi perlu diperhatikan bahwa jika anda memerlukan text mode seperti CentOS versi 5
